Change & Cancellation Policies

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation made online, please contact TE DMC at jeanneth@tedmc.cr by January 6th, 2025. Any changes or cancellations after this date will incur a 100% charge. Please note that if you cancel your reservation after payment, a refund will be subject to a processing fee.

If the minimum number of participants required for the tours is not met, there may be an increase in the cost or a rescheduling of the reservation.

To avoid any issues during the payment process, please ensure that your credit card is authorized for international transactions.
